Allow us to introduce ourselves:   We are Albert & Ivan, both Spanish, software engineers and veterans of not only the longest but also the most amazing train ride of all time: the Trans-siberian Railway. We are also well versed in Russian culture and language: having lived in Moscow for over a year and having travelled a lot around the former USSR.   We took our trans-siberian journey  from Helsinki (Finland) all the way to Beijing; stopping in 8 different places and covering the 11,000km (6,800 miles) of the trans-siberian over an entire month!   And yeah people: WE LOOOVED IT!   That's why after a while we decided to build this trans-siberian railway site with much effort and to share it all with YOU.
